  • Can you do something to make the windows on the second floor look a bit taller?
  • Why can't the main windows on front floor be enlarged?
  • Will the stain allow for a range of color dimension to peak through?

  1. on the east facade, use a semi-transparent stain for the columns
  2. main body of first floor also can be stained darker if the necessary repair/tuckpointed does not address the poor caulking work under the previous owner
  3. study additional veritical elements to make the windows on the second floor appear larger
